Security Rules at Vista Ridge Residential Association
- All guests and workers must identify themselves with a legal document at the front residential entrance (at least the first time).
- Homeowners must go to the front residential entrance to meet guests or workers arriving after 9:00 PM.
- The guards will check all vehicles (Except owners) that exit the front residential entrance.
- No one may drive a bicycle, motorcycle, car or truck on the cart paths, fairways, or across vacant lots.
- No worker may walk on the cart paths, fairways, or across vacant lots to reach their destination.
- Before starting a new construction project within the VRRA, the owner must establish security procedures with the administrator.
- All home owners or workers should call the guards if they think there is an abnormal situation going on or unknown persons walking within the VRRA. Tel: 8376-1436.
- The gate at the back residential entrance must stay closed when not in use by an owner with an authorized remote control. Please call the guard for any abnormal
