07-15-2021 Board Meeting Minutes Posted
The VRRA Board did not meet in June but made up for it in July. They tackled a slew of topics including gate access procedures, ongoing progress with legalizing water, budget updates and other pressing topics.
Additionally, the Board agreed to hold all future meetings on the second Saturday of the month as this helps with planning and ensures attendance.

Regarding the gate access: In addition to owners and renters, please include housesitters. We made sure that our housesitter, Scott had phone access to the front gate before we left on vacation. The phone system was installed on the back gate while we were gone, but Scott was not informed or provided access. He continued to use the front gate and drive the four miles to our house.
On a related issue; it would be nice if our housesitter could be included on the Whatsapp group so that he would know the status of the gate repairs, water leaks, and power outages.
