Due to the resignations of the HOA President, Fiscal and Administrator the HOA was forced to hold an emergency election to fill those positions. Additionally, the team held an earlier meeting with the local residents and our lawyers to vote on an amendment that allows the use of virtual meeting technology (e.g. Zoom, Hangouts, Skype, etc).
