How we came to be…
Established in 2006, the Papagayo Golf Course and Country Club in Guanacaste, Costa Rica is now doing business as the Vista Ridge Golf and Country Club (VRCC).
The residential lots surrounding the 18-hole golf course were held by a separate corporation named Sounds of the Jungle S.A. Those individuals and corporations who purchased lots from Sounds of the Jungle formed the Associacon De Propietarios de Papagayo Club de Golf, which is now doing business as the Vista Ridge Residential Association (VRRA).
Lot owners who are members of both corporations pay golf dues to VRCC and homeowners fees to VRRA.
